Wholehome & proxy problems

Hi

I've recently installed BT Wholehome and it works fine on all but one device. On my Windows desktop it regularly cuts out and on running troubleshooter says that "windows could not automatically detect networks proxy settings". Anyone faced this problem before? Thx.

@Aliafshar I'd recommend you get in touch with the helpdesk regarding this to see if there are any fixes
