Re: Wholehome firmware v1.02.05 build 01

It's odd as this new build has helped some whilst not others, plus for those who had no issues with build 10 (I count myself as one of those) it's either been the same, or as I have found it slightly less reliable, though no massively so.

Re: Wholehome firmware v1.02.05 build 01

I am unsure why people that had no issues on 10 updated to be honest, there were no improvements other than stability fixes for people having troubles. It's not like it had more features. Knowing the problems some people had previously updating to 10 from a working stable firmware I am a little surprised

Re: Wholehome firmware v1.02.05 build 01

I'm convinced Apple products interfere big time with Wholehome.. just connected Airport express with ethernet and it brought WH to a standstill... disconnected and its fine. Have switched on my router WiFi 5ghz again and connected my AE to that network. All working smoothly again and my WH is still rock solid after 6 days.

Really not desirable to have both your routers wireless and WH running together as they will be clashing/competing with one another.

Re: Wholehome firmware v1.02.05 build 01

I have my router 2.4 enabled and a netgear 2.4 Access point (as a back up network fed from Sonos) seem fine if channels are all different

Re: Wholehome firmware v1.02.05 build 01

@Jim-lad I know, and I’ve only switched it on again to see if it cures the AE problem. Ive set the router 5ghz channel to 40 so don’t clash with sky q on 36 and WH on 48.... my iPad can now see the AE and send music through it to ceiling speakers which it wasn’t doing properly before. I will monitor it but so far, everything is solid with no WH issues.
