Wholehome just stopped working (which is has been prone to do) but wouldnt just reconnect after restarting so did a factory reset and have tried to readd. Virgin router works fine until you add disc via ethernet and then can no longer connect to the the hub and the disc just flashes blue and cant connect to that either to do any setup. Any thoughts?
