My WiFi disc is refusing to pair with my Hub. I’ve tried the Ethernet cable. It goes blue but then when I take the Ethernet cable out it sticks on flashing red. I have tried repeating process following a factory reset of the disc. What’s the next step? Thanks

Re: WiFi disc not pairing
Somewhere on this forum, a troubleshooting guide was posted by one of the device experts, but I cannot find it at the moment.
Probably somewhere on this thread https://community.bt.com/t5/Home-setup-Wi-Fi-network/Introducing-Complete-Wi-Fi-from-BT/m-p/1901302#...

Re: WiFi disc not pairing
Solved now. Rang bt, tried all the above. New disc on way. But.... may be coincidence but worked eventually after Openreach in the street!
