bt wifi dual wifi extender 1200

Please can any one help I bought a bt dual band wifi extender 1200 when i was with bt , I am now with Virgin and the configuration is not working , I have tried with WPS and ethernet but each time the page comes up with your wifi extender is not configured to your router and tells me to go through the steps with WPS 

Can any one please assist me .
