hi i just purchased the bt smart baby monitor 5 inch. and when i log into the app and try connect to my camera it logs me out of the app again. what do i need to do to fix this?
Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. Can you try uninstalling the App again?
When you reinstall, please allow all the permissions and make sure that Blue Tooth has been enabled.
You'll need to run through the setup process as per the User guide.
If that doesn't work you can contact the product helpdesk using the email address firstname.lastname@example.org

hi paddy. there is no mention of bluetooth in the instructions. there is already a connection established bu as soon as it trys to connect the app logs out
