I was told by a Bt door knocker that my smart hub 2 is out of date and i should be due a upgrade , but i cant get through to bt ,does anyone know if this is true TIA
the smart hub 2 works perfectly well with any package sold by BT there is a new SH3 but normally only given to new customers and customers upgrading and is not an automatic issue when you renew your broadband package

The door knocker obviously doesn't know what he was talking about and was trying to upsell you a more expensive package by telling you rubbish about needing it upgraded.
