Re: technical advise

If its the new Complete Wifi Solution, then please post the problem on this thread, which is monitored by the support team.

Also see https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Devices/Wholehome-connected-but-internet-dropping-all-the-time/m-p/19...

You should not have to pay for support and you may find the answer on that thread, as its been posted before on this forum.

bt plus devices dropping out

After upgrading my bt router and having two discs (boosters) have experienced sky q dropping out of connectiion. Spoken to  bt had engine out for landline now got one comming out for broadband.  Have really good wifi signal.

Speed check good i think it might have something to do with the firewall in the actually router but help line cannot say if this might be the case asked to speak to someone in the technicle department but it seems i would have to pay for this.

Sky engineer has been out but all the sky q equipment is working correctly.

Has any one esle had this problem if so help
