why is new (4th) additional disc not appearing on app

I have just installed BT WholeHome device to improve wifi coverage. All workin fine inc. app where all 3 appeared with all relevant info.  But had to add a 4th which is working fine - but still only original 3 showing in app. How do I fix this please?
