wifi extender 1200 not connecting to the internet - router is connecting, tried factory reset

It was working fine but then stopped nothing changed - have done a factory reset and redone the WPS pairing - the call centre is closed - i've even downloaded the device configuration tool to check the firmware - though the link doesn't support the 1200 - what next? does anyone have a link to down the configuration tool for the 1200?
