BT has recently released the ‘BT Email’ app which is available on both Apple (IOS11 or above) and Android (Android 6 or above) operating systems but only if you’re using our new BT Email service.
We’re in the process of moving our customers over to the new BT Email service and expect to complete this very soon. The BT Email app was designed to support the new service so this means that you won’t be able to use it until you’ve been moved across. If you’re not yet on the new service, don’t worry, we’ll be in touch very soon and once you hear from us, you’ll be able to download and use the new app
