Can't read emails

Just today I have found that when I open any of my emails on the BT Email App there is nothing there, just the sender details and the subject line. No email message, even though I can see the preview of the message before I open it. I assume a setting has changed somehow, but no idea how to fix it

Make sure that the "Conversation" View is not active. To do that log onto your BTMail account using a web browser and click on "View" in the menu bar at the right hand side. Scroll down and Single click "conversation view" to toggle it on or off.
When you toggle it on or off you will see the name "Conversation View" change colour from grey to blue when it is turned on.
