Hello, I use the BT email without any problems on my PC. I now have a mobile (I am 88) with the BT app.
When I try to send a message with an attachment I get the message ' storage permissions must be granted before ....'
Can anyone help please?

I have assumed you have an Android phone and not an iPhone: To grant permissions to the BTMail app :-
Thank you that's helpful, I have got to step 5 and have allowed camera etc but I do not see STORAGE and still get the same message on my Samsung Galaxy A13
If you select Music & audio and Photos & Videos when you select to add an attachment an new page will open and you will be able to select where the item you want to attach is located by either clicking on the icons at the top of the page or by selecting "My Files" and then going to the file where the item you want to attach is located.
Thanks again. I didn't quite get the new page you suggest but by 'allowing all' I have successfully mailed with attachment so problem solved. Very helpful
I have that problem recently too. (Out of the blue)
I did all the permission checking I possibly could... every option involving photos and email was allowed ... got no further forward.
There was not a 'storage toggle' on my Samsung Galaxy either.
I then tried allowing audio content, which I had not previously allowed. This got me access to a full storage options window and I could suddenly attach a photo to an email!
