Email search function not working.

Hi, The search email function in my app is not working. I have cleaed cache and logged in and out but that has not worked . Any ideas ? Thankyou in advance.

I think the BTMail app only searches in the folder that you have opened. It does not search every folder.

Try using a decent email app such as BlueMail.

I suspect the OP isn't using an app at all, rather webmail.

However, Blue Mail is far superior to both webmail and the BT mail app.

Possible because he said he had cleared the cache and logged in and out but he also said  "The search email function in my app is not working"  so I opted for him using the app because it is known to be rubbish!
