Same here; on mobile fine, but not via PC
I get the following message when trying to log in to my email.
Is BT Email down today?
PS I am logging in using the same method I always do which normally works.

I also get this message
"Unable to validate the information provided."
Oh dear....
I'm having the same issue having just tried to log in online and get the following in a box outlined in red.
'Unable to Validate Information Provided'
However, I can access emails on my iPhone.
I think it's about time BT sort their issues out...instead of making annoying...sorry fancy TV adverts!

There is obviously a problem with BTMail when using webmail (using a browser).
BTMail works OK when using an email client or an email app.
If you need to get into your BTMail account you could download and install the BTMail app or another email app such as Thunderbird.
These apps normally do not require the server settings to be manually added but if you do need them they are as per this link.

Meanwhile I would strongly suggest that you do not try and change your BTMail password or anything else.
BT will be aware of the problem and no doubt be working on a fix.
Yes, I am getting the same for over an hour, now. Can't log on to my webmail. Frustrating, and I'm waiting on an important communication!
The MyBT webpage has the following message:-
"We're launching something new
We’ve got some changes to make to our website, but we'll be back up and running again soon.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your patience".
What ever they are doing may or may not be what is causing the BTMail problem.
