My BT id.

I can't sign in to my BT Id as it's saying wrong username. I've been using the same BT internet username for 12 years. I'm puzzled??.

Are you referring to logging onto your MyBT with your BTID or your BTMail email account which has your BTID as your username?

Once you have clarified which you mean, are you using the MyBT app or a web browser or are you using the BTMail app or a web browser to access your email account?

Sorry it's took a while to answer, but that's a week and I still can't open my e.mails to check my bill. After I sign into MyBt with my username and password, it says " sorry we can't get your account details at the moment. 

The BT chats I've been on says not to worry, that an Outage is causing a widespread issue and that it is a Deep, technical and complex glitch. 

I'm a lost OAP.

Is this still an issue? I can sign into my BT webmail fine with username first name.lastname@btinternet.com and my known password. But if I try to sign in to the MyBT app or via the BT.com website the only auto fill option I get is the same one as my email and I get told the username or password are incorrect. But they've always been the same and it's not been a problem. Anyone got any clues? I don't want to start a forgot password on the app on case it screws up my BT webmail
