0 Mbps download with blue light on HH5

I have FTTC with a speed between 35 and 40 Mbps.  Most of the time it’s good and stable.  However I get periods of between 10 and 30 minutes when the broadband just seems to disappear.  The Ethernet connected computer sees no internet from the router which has a blue light throughout.  WiFi devices can’t connect either.  It a;ways returns without intervention and on the rare occasions when I can get the BT Wholesale speed check website to load it shows download of 0 Mbps but upload of about 6-7 Mbps.

BT have checked my internal wiring and can’t explain it.  Any ideas?

Re: 0 Mbps download with blue light on HH5

I would try a factory reset using the recessed button on back and holding 20/30 secs until lights flash and see that improves things

when running btspeedtester try using IE/Edge as others are giving odd results
