never had an issue with fibre till about 4 weeks ago, was 1st to get fibre on the exchange a couple of years ago according to the enginneer..had a few niggles at the start but that was it.... steady 75 meg at ALL times for nearly 2 years..now this, 2-4 meg at best after about 1600 to 2300 daily. Not good

Sorry about the delay getting back to you all. I've been in contact with BT Wholesale and they have acknowledged a hot VP issue with your exchange area which is affecting your broadband throughput speed. At the moment we've not been advised of a fix date but as soon as we get this information we'll update this thread.

I'm really sorry about the delay getting back to you all. The BT Wholesale capacity management team carried out work on Thursday to relieve the congestion issues you were experiencing. Can you post back to let me know if you noticed an improvement?
I have noticed a big improvement on speed in the evenings the last few nights, speed tests are showing I am getting close to what I should get. I hope its the same for the others.
