Have been away and am having the same problem in the same area (AL6 0). Very frustrating to be without Infinity.

I have restarted the hub several times, and followed all the guidance given by BT but still the power light is orange and the broadband light is flashing red. The wireless signal from the hub is fine, but no broadband connection. I shall have to call BT.
