4g mini hub

Afternoon can anybody assist me with the process for activating my 4G mini hub as my main broadband is down. Thanks in advance.

Forget it mate thanks just rung the number on mybt and its 20 to 30 minutes to get through. The customer service with bt is woeful and has been since I first got their broadband many years ago. Thanks again.

Have you raised an online report, that would be the easiest?
