Re: 6th engineer visit and bb still not fixed

Have they identified if it’s the Router losing sync with the DSLAM or if it’s the PPPoE Session restarting?

The work that the last engineer completed and then replacing your Hub seem to have fixed the fault, however please do post back if there's anything else we can help with.
