I have just moved to BT from Talktalk. Sold 18-24mbs with lowest guaranteed 13mbs.
I live in a close with 19 houses and ours is the lowest by far. I know its our line to the house but openreach will do everything they can to not spend money replacing lines.
So i have checked some house in the close.
N05 has 12mbs on standard copper and works for BT
N019 opposite has 22mbs on fibre
N014 next door has 24mbs on fibre
N015 my house has had 4 visits in 2 years and a new test socket fitted by openreach and 7mbs on fibre.
i have an enginner booked for 15th december but i doubt anything will come of it. Line tests do not find faults as i have gone from 1mbs to 24mbs at my last house with a new line installed. while talktalk insisted the line was fine.
p.s, I know people rant over speeds. 20-100mbs you will not notice, but when you have 7mbs on fibre and your kids put netflix on its game over man!

Wrong stats page.
If you are using the BT Smart hub you can get your connection stats by, Opening a new web browser on your connected device and type 192.168.1.254 or bthomehub.home into the address bar. This will open the Hub Manager. Click ‘Advanced Settings’ and then ‘Technical log’.
If HH5 then Troubleshooting/Helpdesk.
Have you checked for noise on your line? 17070 option 2. Any noise report a line fault on 151 without mentioning broadband.
If you go to the stats as requested in message 5 its near the foot of the stats and should look like Modulation: G_993_2_ANNEX_B
