A lot of packet loss on the network this evening

Seems the ip hop 31.55.186.XXX is having issues tonight, getting 75% packet loss to that location, can anyone else confirm?

That is not a sign of packet loss on a network.

Learn about networking before trying to use the diagnostic tools. You mat then understand what the results mean.

ok then, could you explain why i am receiving 75-100% packet loss on that ip hop and why I am expericing latency spikes in online games?  Googling that ip range has shown people having issues with it in the past and present.  Problem only started yesterday for me but is ongoing.

The router on that hop is configured to treat ICMP requests as low priority and the request times out.
