Hello to anyone you has a clear answer to my problem. I’ve been trying for 2 days to get my ASUS DSL-AC68U router to work on BT!

I’ve followed countless guides online and input all the correct details so many times now and every time I click okay it gets to the home screen and says ‘internet status: disconnected’. I’m literally pulling my hair out! All the correct lights are flashing in the router but it’s just not allowing the internet to connect for some reason.

Please can someone shed some light on this!!

What are the 'correct' details that you have entered? Are you on Infinity (VDSL) or standard broadband (ADSL)?

Non-standard G.vector (G.993.5). had to be disabled for me or connection broke

Im on BT's Fibre 2 plan

My ping times to London servers aren't too bad anyway  (im about 20miles away)- they range from 8 to 15ms
