Abysmal service since covid19

As the title really.

BT have totally let me down when I need them most.  We have had a sync rate of 72mbit since we joined at my new house 3 years ago.  Everything has been solid. Come about a month ago I noticed my router dropping out alot.  So I tried a 3rd party one same issue.  So now I have 3 of us working from home and basically anytime its pushed it drops out.

My sync speed has dropped to 60mbit which is appalling since it's been solid at 72mbit since I moved in. 

Now the obvious, i cant phone anyone, they ignore Twitter, even with a automated response, and finally everytime i raise a fault BT close it down as fixed without contacting me at all.

 

Basically fed up with this BS, BT if you head this contact me, if anyone has a fix please let me know.  But if this isn't fixed within a week I'll be leaving regardless of contract, I have a business to run and when I needed you the most you ignored me.

This is only a customer to customer help forum, the only BT Employees are the moderators, who are only dealing with welfare and vulnerable customer priority escalations at present, due to the large number of outstanding requests, and only a couple of them on duty.

Hello,

I've managed to speak to the service desk and I have an engineer coming out on Monday as there is indeed a fault.

Must be an outside fault as he won't be entering your home.
