My BT smart hub 2 was meant to be activated by 23:59 tonight and its now over said time and still nothing. Its been flashing pink/purple all day and all wires and stuff are plugged in correctly. I have been resetting it every hour or so also. Whats going on?
Sorry you're having a few problems there. I wouldn't advise on resetting the hub as it won't help. Have there been any changes at you side? If you're still having problems I can check it for you. Let me know how you're getting on.
