All browsing redirected to BT Wholesale Service Provider information page

BTWholesale.pngHello, ordered Fibre Broadband from BT in July - there were quite a few challenges to finally get Infinity.  A fortnight ago the order was completed - great but I cant get anywhere.  Smart Hub (6) is blue and speed looks good 55M down and 10 up but I just gte the message below.  Been on to BT so many times I cant remember the total.  Openreach Engineer was out and tried a different hub and he get the same page too.  Cant get anyone to talk to who is actually working on this and evey phone call is at least a half hour long - mostly on hold.   There is talk it is with BT wholesale for a rebuild but who knows.  Really frustrating - any ideas.BTWholesale.png

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Meanwhile, can you check your phone line to make sure you are connected to the correct phone number.

Thanks for taking the time to chat with me this morning.

Sorry that you keep being redirected to the BT Wholesale landing page.  I've reported this to BT Wholesale this morning and when they come back to me I'll give you another shout to let you know what the next steps are to sort this out.

Robbie, I know there was supposed to be some work at the exchange this morning but no change here as of 14:12 - I still just get redirected to the holding page as before.

Hi @AndyGlasgow1,

I am so sorry to hear that it hasn't been fixed yet. @RobbieMac is unexpectedly out of the office again today. I've contacted BT Wholesale through the escalation we have open with them. I've asked that they investigate it again and I've booked an engineer for exchange work tomorrow.

it says after all the statistics

There is an open order on your line which is due to complete by 27-Aug-2018
