After experiencing nearly two years of issues with our fibre broadband - and being offline for 7 days - the engineer finally came this am as despite me saying that the recurring problems are not in my house - he proceeding to visit and then went off. When I saw him on the pavement outside our house - he confirmed that there was water in the cable and that he would ring to let me know when fixed. I rushed out to a cafe to get some urgent work done and by the time I got back - he had left and the problems are still persisting! Tried ringing BT twice and both times got disconnected. This is so tedious and not sure if I can take this complaint to a body other than BT as they don’t seem to care much about customer complaints!
