I've been checking your connection today. It's telling me that your connection has been stable for 1 day and approximately 22 hours. This would be after you posted here. Have you noticed an improvement? Do you still need our help?
ill keep monitoring the situation if you dont mind keeping this thread open a little longer. However since the last engineer visit in which we thought the issues were resolved which was last friday. My Dsl uptime has only ever last 2days at most never has it been over 3 days. Although i was never in when the drops occured i could only see them via the setting in the tech log.
Yeah no worries an as always thanks for the help. ill be off work this weekend now so i can monitor the connection. But im assuming something is still wrong as my uptime is never more then 3 days but ill watch it for next few days an reply either way thank you all again for the help.
Just checked it last 4 days this time but according to the DSL uptime went down an hour ago unfortunatly i was a sleep so did not see it go down.
Yeah it seems to be stable as of now but it is cutting out around 5days of DSL uptime. But i heard that is a issue a lot of people have an im not sure if there is a solution to it but seen other posts about it on the forum other then that right now seems to be working well.
I'm back in the office today and wanted to check up and make sure that everything has been performing ok for you. Do you need any other help or are you happy to close your case?
