Hi @LewisH,

Thank you for sending in your details. I've run a few checks on the line and it's picking up a fault on the network. I've spoken to the account holder and have booked a network engineer to investigate the fault for Wednesday afternoon.

My test shows that the fault is likely an impaired copper joint on the line. I'll follow up with you again on Thursday once the engineer has been out.
