Came over to B.T , when moved house in 2016, long standing Orange/E.E Customer for Broadband (Still with for Mobile-thankfully) From the first week-I reported that could not stay connected throughout my house (oartition walls - no stone or brick) From day one B.T were entirely disinterested, upgraded to Infinity2 -pointless! Ridiculous bills /costs - Monthly £45-55 for house phone & Broadband unlimited. No service 20 feet from router in a Bedroom.
Repeated calls - no resolution whatsoever.
Recent house move planned - made total mess of & now for last 10 days in our home -we have no Broadband or house land-line.
Young child in home , currently unwell.
No house phone , no Broadband , our Sky tv affected also. £30 compensation given & no possibility of putting back on - shameful!
Contract stopped , went elsewhere - to other provider for new home when we move. Disgraceful customer treatment & cost's. Total lack of respect and zero apology.
I will NEVER be a B.T Customer ever again, over priced & rude staff , a useless product. over-hyped & quite a rip off.
