Re: BBC Iplayer not watchable with BT INFINITY - warning!

Why has my first post been edited to remove the reference number?

This is my data and if I wish to show it then that is my choice!

Re: BBC Iplayer not watchable with BT INFINITY - warning!

Iplayer stutters and stops on

1) Computer main pc (win 7 64 bit) (wired)

2) Iphone4 (wifi)

3) Humax HD Freesat box (wired)

4) HP Mini notebook running windows 7 starter (wifi)

This is both with a wired and a wifi connection so you can see why I think it is down to Bt infiinity.

The same setup was fine with O2.

Thanks for the suggestions though but still not solution and no contact from BT!!

Re: BBC Iplayer not watchable with BT INFINITY - warning!

hi,  please bear with me as a newbie to this forum.  i have a sony freesat tv model no kdl32w 5810. i have bt infinity and a home hub v3.  these are connected via a lan cable. i have been getting the i player for around 9 months and suddenly it will no longer connect on my tv. The set was taken away from bt and i-player worked fine.  i have a download speed of around 25-26 mb. my tv will connect to xbox live using infinity.  can anyone suggest how to solve this problem.   does anyone have a similar problem, and if so which make of tv is involved.  has this been encountered on panasonic freesat tv models.  i am getting tv signals from the sutton coldfield transmiitter.  can anyone help please.  regards    steve m.

Re: BBC Iplayer not watchable with BT INFINITY - warning!

Hi

I've had the same issue, with the same freesat model, which happened a few days after 'upgrading' to BT Infinity in mid October. Had the TV for over a year with no iplayer issues with BT Broadband. BT infinity speeds are fine and there are no other issues connecting to our PCs. Others appear to have had similar issues noted on Sony forum. Gone round in circles trying to establish with which parties the fault lies - BT Infinity always seems to be ISP...
