Seems odd, I have 2 Samsung smart TV's and both are fine over wireless. Have you tried updating the firmware on the TV?

Hi

I too have a couple of Samsung Smart TVs and both wireless and wired Iplayer (even HD)work great but only after updating the firmware.

Also make sure each device has a unique internal IP on your network if your not using full DHCP (if you are using full DHCP to allocate make sure you havent 'fixed' an IP on a device, say like a laptop) to allocate IP addresses and reboot any transparent LAN switches/hubs you have on route to the TV.

Gluck
