If you take a screenshot @MrGangie2 and upload the picture to the forum removing your phone number before doing so. If you are still struggling you could always copy and paste the results.

looks like you are on cab 40 which is not fibre enabled others who have fibre must be on different cab to you
and before you ask openreach will not move you to different cab just so you can get a fibre connection - numerous posts about this already
yes it is a BT line and i have a new build property so it would have been installed 3 years ago
