BT Fibre 900 Upgrade / Smart Hub 2 upload throttling

Following the firmware update 29th Sept, my upload speed seems to be capped at 50mbps.

Firmware version:  v0.21.03.07094-BT

Firmware updated:  29-Sep-2020

I tried several hard and soft resets but no joy as yet. Still 900/50.

could you look into this please?

Firmaware updated on Sept 28th, vs 0.21.03.07094-BT

Capped at 50Mb up, but download is ok at 850.

Has the firmware update for the SH2 been paused as I note i'm still on the v.0.17 version?

Hi  , new here but came across the thread as we recently upgrade to Fibre 900 but are getting nowhere near the expected speeds

Fast.com gives very variable download but typically circa 85 Mbps and upload 30 Mbps

I'm still on v0.17.01.12312-BT firmware - please can you let me know how best to resolve?

Are any of the mod's available to help the other users who have had this issue.

I'm banging my head of the table with BT, every time I call I'm told they can't access my account or one system or another is down.

I'm paying premium to get the 900Mb package but not getting the upload.
