I've been struggling for the last 2 months trying to resolve the upload issue, capped at 50mb.
It wasn't however the HomeHub firmware issue that most people here have been suffering with, but an issue with the curve profile, which was finally (after far to many calls and hours on the phone to BT) resolved.
I now get the full 120mb upload, which I need as I work in video and animation and regular have to upload large files.
The problem I now have, is since the upload is fixed, my download has take a massive hit.
Previously would always get over 850mb via gigabit ethernet, and 750mb over wifi (I use a Linksys wifi 6 Mesh setup plugged into the HomeHub), I now get a maximum of 600-650 over ethernet (no other devices connected) and as low as 400-450mb over wifi.
I seem to be hitting a wall getting help from anyone over the phone (its over the guaranteed minimum etc), is anyone please able to help?

Even worse today, struggling to get over 500mb consistently over ethernet!
Can start off at peaking around 550mb then seconds later tail off towards 350mb.
I was getting anything upto 870mb before they played with the profiles, I can't keep calling, waiting 45 minutes to get through to someone and then be told there is nothing wrong, 550-600 is fine and I should be happy with that!
If anyone could look into this for me it would be greatly appreciated, its starting to drive me mad 😀.

Hello, sorry to hijack a thread and I have read as many of the 68 pages as I could before I concluded it’s easier to just ask a question.
I have FTTP and upgraded to Fibre 900 which went live on Monday.
Prior to this I was on 150 and very rarely got over 80 upload speed.
Since Monday, the very best I have been able to achieve is 125 download and 117 upload both via Ethernet, the BT App and the Speedtest app.
What should be the very first thing I check or set up? I am using the BT 2 router.
So far I have changed Ethernet cables and reset the router and modem several times.
Wait for a moderator to come along, hopefully one of them will help you out. 🙂
