Hi, Can someone help here.
I checked online BT.com My house is ready to order super fast fibre than I call the order team this morning trying to upgrade my standard broadband to superfast fibre, but been told my house is not ready for fibre and its still copper cable...etc
I than live chat to the support team. than been told : that the speed of up to 100mb is availiable for my house, however it has not been fully updated on the system and is not ready to order. the best way to proceeds in this case would be to contact 0800 587 4787 and they'll be able to add the address to the database for me and asist on package options as well.
i called 0800 587 4787, seem nobody know what im on about.
I hope someone here can guide me to the right department to solove this issue.

Superfast (FTTC) isn't available to you but ultrafast (FTTP) is. The FTTP team on the number you posted should have been able to deal with your oreder.
Unfortunately the mods here can't help with FTTP problems. I suggest you call the FTTP team again and tell them to put your number in the checker so they can see the screenshot you posted.
