BT Full Fibre

Hi 

I already have full fibre (250mb) connection but I have seen  see that 900mb is available. I have entered my address and phone details and the website says its available to order. However when I go to place the order it wont let me have the 900mb connection.

Any idea why when its shown available to my house?

I'm having the same issue. Can see Full Fibre 500 and 900 when I put in my postcode but can't upgrade online. Just spent 2 hours on hold on the phone and when I finally got through to someone, they told me they couldn't upgrade me as it wasn't showing as available for me????

I've had FTTP for over 2 years so not sure why that would be the case.

I did call that number, but had no luck.

They tried to get an answer for me but I got cut off after an hour so have no idea if I can get it or not?
