BT HH5 Dropping Conection and Speed all Over

Hello All
Im looking for help with my HH5 since the 29th of December It has been playing up.
Dropping out , Dropping speeds etc. I have reported it six times and each time it tells
me the fault is with the exchange end. 37Mbps for 4years not one problem now its
going nuts. I went on speed checker it fluctuated between 38mbps & 5.6Mbps as
the test was been performed. Cold weather seems to upset it too.
As I write this it went off at 19.03 - 19.59 - 20.11 -20.24 - 20.37 and i keep having to start again.
Exchange CHORLEY is served by Cabinet 7

?Question why is the time always diffrent when it drops out?
