BT HUB4

2.4Ghz and 20Mhz vs 5Ghz and 20Mhz would there be a speed difference?
If I'm right in think the speed should stay the same but the interfere should be a lot better on the 5Ghz.

My laptop has 5Ghz and its not far from me only 1 wall away should iuse 5Ghz and 40Mhz?

Re: BT HUB4

5Ghz 40Mhz sometimes allows you to get the full speed as if you were connected to ethernet cables. But 5Ghz has shorter range than 2.4Ghz. This cannot be fixed. 2.4Ghz 20Mhz is suffient enough for web browsing and online gaming but if you want to download faster then use 5Ghz (if your device supports it) or ethernet.

Use the one that gives you the results that you want as regards speed and good connection, if 5GHz works then use it, if not use 2.4Ghz
