My BT HomeHub 6 (how do I tell what version it is?) has been constantly rebooting for a quite some time but have found a way of recording it (well extracting fom the error log). Formal complaint to BT was meet with nothing initially but was escalated and I was told to 'give it 10 days' from the day they moved my port in the local cabinet (and that took three days to organise). But I am back to constant rebooting again and I find I am getting absolutely nowhere with either BT or Openreach - I could change to a TP-Link VR-2800 but think it is probably not the router and is a problem at the cabinet as others in my small village are seeing similar issus (although not as bad). I just wonder where I go now?
