BT Hub 5 Type B

Hi,

Has anyone managed to get a hub 5 type B? Just wondering if it's any use buying one as there is one on an auction site for £70

What's the difference as it says on the listing it is better than the hub 5 type a and wasn't sure? Help appreciated 🙂

Re: Thread on deleted posts

If you really want a Homehub 5, have you checked out the forum for the problems it seems to have, you can get a brand new one without a broken leg from BT for £45

Although it wouldn't be guaranteed a hub 5 type b.

Not bothered about the broken leg as it will be on a shelf and won't be noticed that much 😕

Re: BT Hub 5 Type B

You should remove the link to the hub that you have posted. It's against forum rules and will be removed by the moderators.

EDIT: As far as I am aware there is no difference between the A & B other than different manufactures and different software but they both do the same job with the same specs.

Re: BT Hub 5 Type B

You will need to remove the link altogether. You can not provide a link to a commercial site.

MOD removed link

(I thought it was a free world)

I've decided to wait a bit longer to see if there is a cheaper hub 5 type B
