BT Infinity 2 Connection and speed drops.

Hi all, I have been recently experiencing BB cutouts and speed drops.

I have had Infinity 2 connected since last July and my speed and connections had been stable. I was previously getting a consistant DL speed of 74Mbps and an UL speed of 18Mbps. I have recently noticed that my DL speed has been dramatically reduced and is currently at 46 Mbps with little change to my UL speed which is 17.27 Mbps.

I seem to be experiencing regular disconnects.

These are my current stats

Re: BT Infinity 2 Connection and speed drops.

the many drops in connection could account for the lower connection speed but your attainable speed would not be affected whereas your attainable speed and actual speed are about the same  Noise margin about normal 6db

have you tried quiet line test to see if any noise  dial 17070 option 2 should be quiet and best with corded phone

have you tried connecting to test socket with a new filter to see if that improves your connection?

Re: BT Infinity 2 Connection and speed drops.

Thanks for replying so fast.

I've run noise test and it has come back clear.

Very strange though since ive run the noise test and after several weeks of intermittent connections and dropped speed, my connection status has returned back to how it should be.

Downstream sync speed:

80.00 Mbps

 Upstream sync speed:

20.00 Mbps

 Network uptime:

0 Days, 0 Hours 6 Minutes

 System uptime:

9 Days, 6 Hours 1 Minutes

Best regards
