BT Infinity 2 - Unstable connection up & Down

Can a BT Moderator please assit me ASAP.

I moved into my house in North London over 6 months ago and had BT Infinity 2 installed immediatley but have NEVER had a stable connection, after numerous phone calls and test speed etc... the connection is still unreliable.

I had an engineer come out who fitted an additional White Box to the BT infinity 2 black box which has not made any difference at all.

I am wondering if the wiring coming from the Exchange box to my house needs replacing as the lady that lived here before me was in her 90's and im guessing it is all really old.

Please come bnack to me ASAP.

try quiet line test  dial 17070 option 2  should be quiet no hiss/crackle and best with corded phone  if cordless then dull hum normal  

if any noise you need to report a phone fault to 151.

if nothing then should go back to CS and complain that no better after engineer visit
