BT Infinity 2 slow speeds during peak time

Looking for some help here, upgraded my old bt unlimited with bt infinity 2 at the start of the month as it had just become availiable.The speeds are between 60-70mb/s download and a steady 15mb/s upload during the day which is great although i'm at work most of that time. It slowly starts dropping from 18:30 onwards,by 20:30 its sitting between 1-4 mb/s download.After atleast 5 phone calls to bt cs my patience is starting to wear thin.It takes around 30 mins each time to get through to someone and when you do the usual response is to reset the router or they reset my line and then tell me my speeds are fine. The speeds are always ok when they call me back at 3 or 4 in the afternoon!!

Its really poor at night and in my eyes isnt fit for purpose. They sold me this for 30 quid a month and i struggle to stream anything. If anyone can help i would be very greatful. Thanks in advance

Looks like a congestion issue which they should be aware of an hopefully rectify soon.

The problem is they are not aware of it. They seem to keep fobbing me off like their isn't a problem.
