Hi tech experts,
I had BT Infinity unlimited installed back in May and honestly not had a chance to look into sorting out the connection issues we have been having as they are very speradic!
I've not lost my patience with it and started to try a few different things.

and it appears I'm having the exact same issue with this warning....
What do I have?

MK2 filter on socket, straight into router HH5
What have I done today ? - I removed the MK2 filter and now using an old(er) ADSL filter straight into the socket and now plugged that in. Things seem stable so far - will report back.
Considering the below, what else can I do to workout what the problem may be here?
Looking at logs I see this (under WAN filter)... I notice whenever it drops... I see this match in the logs...
