Over the past week, the evening speeds on my connection have dropped to around 14Mb on multiple nights. If I test in the morning it goes up to around 74Mb. I've changed the network name to ensure its just my PC that's accessing things. The 14 Mbps figure it's from the BT wholesale speed test. It's there a way to check if there's a capacity problem on the Dalkeith exchange ESDAL for cabinet 51?
Only BT Wholesale have that information and they are not public facing BT Consumer your provider and Openreach can help I am afraid it is not cabinet capacity but network capacity often beyond your exchange
