Many Thanks Daniel, the guy from complaints is really nice and helpful but its clear he is as frustrated as we are and getting no where himself.

Any feedback guys, I havent heard off the BT complaints guy now in a week and here we are 9pm on a Sunday and its so slow I cant even online game due to 300ms ping 😞

500ms ping tonight and 6mb/s down, is there any news on our issue ?

John,

 

Thanks for getting back to me.

 

I raised the issue to BT again this morning and got this response "your case has been escalated to the Technical Management Centre and the complaints team is waiting a response". There is a call booked to me for tomorrow for an update.

 

I have told them its been 2 months now, I want compensation as we cant use online games, BT sport, Netflix between 3.45pm and midnight due to the slow speed.
