I'm getting about 53 Mbps download speed and 14 Mbps upload speed at the moment connected via ethernet cable or via homeplugs. Apparently BT Infinity Option 2 doesn't have throttling yet my upload speed used to be 19 Mbps. A BT engineer told me that any sort of throttling or whatever shouldn't effect the upload speed.
The upload speed is important to me as I backup my videos to Amazon Drive. Is there some sort of explanation as to why my speed is slower than normal? Upload speed seems to be the same 24 hours a day. I find it hard to believe other people in my street are uploading at 5am in the morning.

I used to get 19 Mbps upload speed. Here's what I get now and it seems to be at all times of the day every day.
Well the upstream connection speed is 14-19Mbs. Remember this is only the connection speed, your actual upload speed will always be less that this, due to overheads.
So you are still within range A.
If you have a HH5 can you go to hub manager then troubleshooting then helpdesk and post lines 1-12
Or post the information from the smart hub, using this link.
Then the actual connecton speed can be seen.
