Starting my own thread now since these problems have been going on for over 10 days. I have been previously posting in this thread https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Infinity-Speed-Connection/BT-Infinity-issues-for-the-last-few-days/td...
Now the problems are still here where webpages refuse to load and if they do load images are missing or they look like the images I have previously posted.
Ray said last night that this could be a congestion issue so I would really like one of the mods to get involved to check my connection to see what is going on since it was perfectly fine 2 weeks ago. As I said all speed tests come back OK that is where its weird my speed is never dropping.
I would rather go back onto broadband since I could load webpages fine its a bit silly that I am on infinity and cant even do that.......

I am on the Kensal Green exchange it doesnt say anywhere that there are problems with capacity. Thats why I would like this investigated
Right now the internet is near enough unusable these forums take 20 or more seconds to load and most websites load up like
I dont understand why no mods want to get involve and help with this issue its been going on for soo long now and doesnt seem like it is improving at all, it just seems like it is getting worse...........

Yep tried changing to Google and Open DNS no change at all, I have tested it on my wired PC and my wireless laptop that I also connected up with an ethernet cable 😞
